Shibuishi zircon ring, bague alliage shibuishi montée zircon

The shibuishi metal I use is composed of 95% copper and 5% silver. I sand cast the metal that will create the ring.  The core is made with a mixture of silica sand and sugar. It is baked into a metal cylinder. The zircon stone from Sri Lanka is set with a GRS system.




Le métal est composé de 95% de cuivre pour 5% d'argent. Le métal est coulé dans un moule au sable. Le noyau est fait d'un mélange de sable de quartz et de sucre que je cuis dans un moule cylindrique. Je sertis le zircon avec un marteau pneumatique GRS.
